Terms of use
Last updated 29 September 2026. Apply to Word Sprint and to every other game published by Thierry Berger, on every platform it is available on.
Who publishes the games
Thierry Berger, entrepreneur individuel, France. Full details in the legal notice. Contact: contact@thierryberger.com.
Using the games
The games are free to play. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to play them for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell them, use them commercially without permission, cheat, use bots, or harass other players.
When you play through a platform (TikTok, the App Store, Google Play), that platform's own terms apply as well.
Coins, skins and other items
- Coins and the items they unlock have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they are lost if the game's data is deleted from your device.
- Some items (skins) are unlocked at random with coins earned by playing. They cannot be bought with real money.
Advertising
The games show ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward. A reward is given only when the ad finishes. See the privacy policy for what the ad providers collect.
Your data
See the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The games, their code, art, sound and text belong to Thierry Berger or to their licensors. Third-party notices ship with each game.
No guarantee
The games are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them working, but can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
Changes and ending
These terms may change; the new version is published here with a new date. We may stop offering a game, or suspend access, at any time.
Law
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there or in France.
